Fund Transfer
We accept payments via Fund Transfer (POSB, Malaysia Public Bank etc). Paypal and/or payment through Credit Cards are also welcome. Please let us know which your preferred bank and we will be able to provide you the account no. immediately.
Paypal
Once you have added items to your cart, simply select “Proceed to checkout” or “Checkout with Paypal” and follow the instructions listed.
Credit Card
Once you have added items to your cart, select “Checkout with Paypal”. Do not worry – it is a hassle free process! You do not need to have a Paypal account or sign up with them. Once you reach the Paypal site, enter your credit card details on the left side and submit the payment, just as you would with any other payment gateway.

How much is shipping and delivery?
To ensure the utmost satisfaction of our valued customers, we will cover the shipping or mailing costs. All items will be delivered to both local & overseas clients FREE of charge.
When will my order arrive?
After the payment is cleared, we will send the item out by registered mail within 3 working days.

Malaysia – 4 to 6 working days
China – 6 to 8 working days

Do you provide express delivery?

How will my order be packaged?
Please rest assured that your order will packaged securely in bubble wrap to prevent damage during the course of delivery. We are collectors too thus we understand the vital importance of maintaining the good condition of the amulet.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Absolutely! Just provide the receiver’s name and address that you want the amulet to be sent to. We will not include any receipt or payment information in the delivery package.
What if I have provided the wrong address?
All orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer. In an unlikely event that the wrong address was provided, we will not be entertaining any requests for refunds, exchange of items etc. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated.
